Studio HAVN were appointed as the Interior Designers for a distinguished Grade II listed building on one of Mayfair’s most prestigious streets. Our scope focused primarily on the public areas, including the entrance lobby, lounge, meeting rooms, and breakout spaces. The brief was to create an atmosphere of timeless luxury and comfort, drawing inspiration from the private members’ clubs that define the character of the neighbourhood. Particular emphasis was placed on materiality, colour, and texture to foster a sense of warmth and welcome. Reclaimed timbers, rich parquet flooring, and muted palettes were layered with sumptuous fabrics such as velvet and leather, complemented by antique brass detailing. The result is a series of spaces that balance elegance with intimacy, embodying both the heritage of the building and the refined lifestyle of Mayfair.
